Together they jointly list hundreds of locations and are the first port of call for many who need a location and wish to research and then contact the locations directly.

Anything from hundreds to tens of thousands of pounds a day, depending on the property and the type of event or production. Your property can earn hundreds for a photographic stills shoot to tens of thousands for major filming on a daily rate - it all depends on the value of your property, the type of project and the impact and length of shoot. For events or major productions it may be a few hundred pounds for a small group of 6 who want to hold a meeting to several thousand for a sit down dinner for 200 to tens of thousands for a major festival. We have in-depth knowledge of all types of budgets and will advise you accordingly. We can give you an accurate estimate of potential fees if needed if a production or event organizer shows interest in your location.

If you do not want to advertise your address or own telephone number we can handle all enquiries on your behalf free of charge. We will just display your photographs along with the description and our contact details. We will pass on all enquires directly to you and you can then decide if you wish to contact the relevant companies. All information relating to your property will be held on our secure database, and an id number identifies any photographs. In this way your privacy is protected and we will only introduce clients to you with your permission.
Although there is no guarantee how often your property will be used as a film / photographic location or event or party location, when it is chosen, we can help you look after your interests by giving advice on dealing with all contractual and financial aspects of location hire and how to negotiate the best possible fee for your location. We do not charge anything for this service and it is included in your monthly subscription fee. We are happy to provide you with a blank contract free of charge and you can organize everything yourself. Its really not too complicated and we are happy to guide you through the process step by step.
Alternatively we can act as your agents, vet clients, negotiate fees, ensure that all the relevant insurance associated with filming are in place, prepare a comprehensive contract with the production company, including such details as level of insurance, hours of filming, overtime rates etc. As an agency we will use our expertise to ensure that you and your property are properly looked after.
Our service includes:

We charge a very modest contract and agents fee of £50 + Vat per location contract handled. This is deducted off your location fee, but is in addition to your monthly subscription fee.

We charge £75 per month to sign up with LifeLocations.com and a £75 per month to sign up with AmazingVenues.com. This gives the user a listing in either directory along with full contact details so all bookings can be made directly with yourselves. For those who feel they would benefit signing up with both companies we do a reduced joint membership rate of £100 per month.
All subscriptions must be paid for by direct debit. There is no minimum sign up length, all we ask is that you give us one months notice if you wish to leave. We are confident that once you sign up with us you will see the benefits of receiving enquires and the money you will save by not paying event organizers large introduction commission fees.
Like any investment you need to see a return. We will provide you with detailed "hit" reports on request so you may see just how well your investment is working for you.
